If you choose to receive marketing communications from us, we will use data you have provided so that we can send you information about the courses which still have places available and the ways in which you can apply if you find a course that’s right for you. We’ll also tell you a bit about what it’s like to study at UAL and may invite you to attend one or more of our Open Day or other similar events.
We will use the contact information you have given us to inform you only of what we think is relevant to you. If you would not like us to carry out this profiling, please contact us and we can ensure you receive all marketing emails. Please bear in mind that this will mean you will receive information that is not relevant to your interests.

If you have also made an event booking, enquiry or prospectus request, we will keep a record of this as stated in the privacy notice at the point it was collected, regardless of your marketing preferences.
