UAL collects personal data relevant to qualification development. Data provided informs the development and operation of UAL Awarding Body qualification activities. The form gathers information on proposals for new products, services and content for the purposes of qualification development, as well as gathering interest in participating in qualification development activities relevant to the information provided. Responses to forms are optional.
UAL is committed to securing any personal data. All information gathered is confidential and stored on UAL protected servers.
Registration and selection as an expert:GDPR Art.6(1)(f) - legitimate interests to inform activities and/or improve operation, delivery, products, services and content.
Data will be reviewed on a yearly basis and any personal data not used in the last 24-month period or any data found to have expired and is no longer useful will be deleted.
Consent can be withdrawn at any time and the data will be deleted.
