We’ll use the Application Form to check your eligibility and suitability for the programme and inform which academics we’ll reach out to about a collaboration. If you’re eligible and we find a suitable match, we’ll setup a scoping meeting to discuss the potential collaboration with our academics and to complete our registration process.
University of the Arts London (UAL) collects your personal and business information on this form on behalf of London South Bank University (LSBU) to register you and your business for BIG South London, as necessary for GDPR legal basis 6(1)(b) 'contract' (i.e. the agreement you enter into with us). Special Category Data (for example information about your disability and ethnicity) will be shared with LSBU and The Greater London Authority (GLA), and used solely for reporting purposes on an anonymised basis. If you respond, you thereby give consent for this processing under GDPR Art 9(2)(a) Explicit Consent.
You can withdraw your consent at any time by contacting hokina2@lsbu.ac.uk, in which case this data will be deleted within 30 days. Personal data will also be created about you as part of the programme, e.g. records of attendance.
BIG South London is delivered in partnership with Kingston University, Roehampton University, St Mary’s University, Sussex Innovation Centre Management Ltd, and St George's, University of London therefore all data shared on this form, and throughout your participation with BIG South London may be shared with these parties.
Your details will be stored using Microsoft Sharepoint and shared with The Greater London Authority as part of regular programme monitoring or as part of an audit, as required through the funding arrangement. Your company details will be shared with other programme participants, but not your personal information unless you consent.
