Please use this form for Special Collections requests at CSM Library.
Special Collections items can be collected after 11am and 3pm on weekdays, and 12 and 5pm on weekends for requests submitted 30 minutes before.

In order to provide this service we collect your name and email address. The legal basis we rely on to process your data is GDPR Article 6(1)(e) Public task – the processing is necessary for the library to provide you with a service for the purpose of education and research.
Your personal data is not shared with any other organisation and is held on UAL managed systems for a period of 1 year for statistical monitoring, after which it will be deleted.
