UAL Short Courses Ltd is a ‘Data Controller’ of the personal data that you provide to us. In order to fulfil and respond to your enquiry effectively we are required to collect some basic personal data about you such as your name and contact details. This information will be processed under the GDPR legal basis 6(1)f ‘legitimate interest’.
All information provided by you at the point of enquiry is processed by our staff in the UK and stored on servers hosted within the EU.
We keep all personal information in accordance with our records retention schedule after which time it is deleted from our systems. This is a period of 1 year from the point of last contact with you. You may request access to your information at any point or request to have it amended or deleted which we will respond to without delay and at the latest, within one month of request.

From time to time we would like to notify you by post, email, or phone (including SMS messages) about events, news, opportunities, goods and services (including other courses) at UAL (including all our constituent colleges) which may be of interest to you. Customised Training at UAL is developed in collaboration with you. We can deliver courses in any of our specialist subjects, ranging in length from just an hour to a longer period of study over several weeks. Training can be delivered at one of our campuses based in London or at a venue of your choice, both in the UK and overseas.
