Sarah Kenikie Palmer’s paintings explore the banality of daytime television. With her focus split between its hypnotic digital images and the act of painting, the scenes she paints are reduced to a flat plane. The small scale of the works, coupled with their bowing lines and uneven marks, create an impenetrable reality. Graduating in 2014 from Wimbledon College of Art, Sarah was nominated for Saatchi New Sensations and shortlisted for the Works in Print Art Graduates Prize. She has since exhibited across London and held her first solo show last year.
Please provide details of the works you have available for sale to be included on display:
This is the total price of the work including our 30% commission rate, and should be the same across all platforms. If your work is already framed please let us know both the unframed and framed price.
Please explain more about the artwork in a few sentences (for example the concept or background info on the process).
We are committed to being a diverse University and support equal-opportunities for all. To help us monitor our success in this area we would appreciate it if you complete the following information. We will keep this information within Careers and Employability only - separate from your application record - and not share it with other teams or organisations.
