UAL uses the information you provide in this form to determine your eligibility for refund as necessary for the performance of a contract, specifically the Preparation for BA Online Terms and Conditions section 7 ‘Your Legal Cancellation Rights’ and section 8 ‘Your Other Cancellation Rights’.
In line with our retention schedule, we will keep a record of your cancellation for 6 years after the end of this contractual relationship.
