The legal basis we rely on to process your data is GDPR Article 6(1)(f) Legitimate interest – the processing is necessary for UAL Library Services to provide access to library resources in support of your role and development.

Your personal data is not shared with any other organisation and is held on UAL managed systems for a period of 6 years after which it will be deleted.
