UAL Sanctuary is a scheme to provide guidance and information for refugees, asylum seekers, displaced persons, or anyone who is seeking sanctuary form their home country.
The information you give helps us understand how we can help and refer you to the relevant UAL team to respond.
Purpose: the information in this form will be used to learn how we can most appropriately support you and respond to your enquiry.
Legal basis: processing is necessary for the performance of a contract with the data subject or to take steps to enter into a contract.
Storage and sharing with other organisations: your data will be stored on International Relations Unit databases and UAL wide databases. Your data may be shared with other UAL teams in order to process your enquiry and refer you to the correct team to support you based on the type of enquiry.
Retention: end of student relationship + 7 years.
